O2A was established in 2011 with the mission to help French accounting firms outsource to Armenia a part of their accounting tasks. It was a small team of passionate people believing in big potential of Armenian talent. Within 7 years we passed the learning curve period very slowly to make sure we can provide accepted quality at affordable price. At 2017 we launched also advisory and training services. In the period of 2018-2021 we formulated client portfolio where client retention rate is 90%. Our referral networking opened up our growth potential and we entered to new markets (Armenia, USA, Luxembourg, Russia). In 2021 we adopted scale up strategy. At this stage with our team, our management system and our client focus approach we are ready to achieve our new targets.
