About Us
O2A was established in 2011 with the mission to help French accounting firms outsource to Armenia a part of their accounting tasks. It was a small team of passionate people believing in big potential of Armenian talent. Within 7 years we passed the learning curve period very slowly to make sure we can provide accepted quality at affordable price. At 2017 we launched also advisory and training services. In the period of 2018-2021 we formulated client portfolio where client retention rate is 90%. Our referral networking opened up our growth potential and we entered to new markets (Armenia, USA, Luxembourg, Russia). In 2021 we adopted scale up strategy. At this stage with our team, our management system and our client focus approach we are ready to achieve our new targets.
Co-Founder / ARTYOM MATEVOSYAN
Artyom Matevosyan is the co-founder of O2A LLC. He has more than 8 years of leadership experience in Armenia. Before creating O2A company, he successfully managed the financial analysts’ team for securitization transactions (both CDO and ABS deals) and led financial IT products in SCDM LLC (currently Deloitte Audit Analytics). After that, he was involved in the international experts’ team making business valuation analyses for California located companies. He has the experience of participating in different financial projects in France, Germany and the USA. Currently Artyom Matevosyan is supervising senior at HCVT. At this stage he is board member of OTOA
Artyom Matevosyan graduated from the French University of Armenia in 2009, has a Master degree in Business Administration and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified through Project Management Institute.
Co-Founder / SONA SARDARYAN
Sona Sardaryan is a Co-founder and CEO of O2A LLC. She has more than 10 years of management experience in Armenia. She was a Chief Financial Officer with Geesa LLC (Roofing and Construction company) and co-founder and Managing Director of Condio GmbH representation (food additive importing company).
In O2A she coordinates the business consulting team, she works directly with clients, operates closely with the presented field experts. Geography of projects cover Armenia, Russia, France, Luxebourg and USA. She is deeply involved in recruitment processes to assure having required staff availability in O2A.
She graduated from the French University of Armenia in 2009, Master degree in Business Besides her duties with O2A, Sona is a part-time lecturer at the French University of Armenia.
